**Deine Aufgaben - Du kannst etwas bewegen**:

- Du leitest das Team Production Management bei FlixTrain und bist gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür verantwortlich unseren Verkehr effizient, reibungslos und qualitativ gut anbieten zu können.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team identifiziert ihr Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten und stets die Kunden
- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit zu erhöhen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern wie der Leitstelle, den Betriebsplanern und den Disponenten zusammen, um einen möglichst effizienten Bahnbetrieb zu ermöglichen.
- Du verantwortest das Management externer Dienstleister und interner Ressourcen im täglichen Betrieb. Auf Basis der Betriebsplanung verantwortest du mit deinem Team die logistische Planung für „die letzten Meile": bei der Zuführung, der Behandlung und der Rückführung des Zugverbands - um die Prozesse zwischen Abstellung, Betriebsbahnhof, Ver-/und Entsorgung sowie den Instandhaltungsschritten möglichst effizient und reibungslos abzubilden.
- Dein Team löst, gemeinsam mit deiner Unterstützung, ad hoc Herausforderungen aufgrund von infrastrukturellen oder betrieblichen Änderungen, die den Regelbetrieb beeinflussen und mittelfristig effizient gelöst werden müssen.
- Du kannst deine eigenen Vorstellungen und Ideen zur konzeptionellen langfristigen Ausrichtung direkt umsetzen, um eine skalierbare operative Grundlage für unser künftiges Wachstum zu schaffen. **Dein Profil - Komm an Bord**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs
- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen oder Supply-Chain-Management oder eines verwandten Studienfachs ist erwünscht; relevante Ausbildungen und langjährige Erfahrung im Bahnbetrieb qualifizieren ebenfalls.
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in relevanten Arbeitsbereichen (bspw. Logistik, oder Betrieb), idealerweise im Eisenbahnbetrieb.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie eine hohe Affinität zu Details, Prozessen und Strukturen.
- Teamorientiert, kommunikationsstark mit einer Hands-on Mentalität und motiviert, neue Aufgaben anzugehen, mit einer eigenverantwortlichen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch
