**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
As our Customer Service Hero French, you will be responsible for leading our customers from the service desert to the service oasis.

Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Responsibility**: You assist our customers with all inquiries.
- ** Challenge the status quo**: Being proactive and full of ideas, keen on optimising existing processes with a go-getter attitude
- ** Teamwork**: You are hands on and also supporting your colleagues.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Ideally, previous work experience in customer service
- Stress-resistant and resilient, very empathetic
- Able to leave your ego at the door to put the customers first
- Quick thinker and problem solver
- Friendly and emphatic go to towards the customer
- Teamplayer
- Excellent french skills on a native speaker level and very good English skills; another foreign language is a big plus
