**Kurzbeschreibung**:

- Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach einem kreativen und erfahrenen Creative Strategist. Als Creative Spezialist bist Du dafür verantwortlich, unsere Markenkommunikation zu stärken und unsere Zielgruppe auf kreative Weise anzusprechen._
- Du verfügst über ein tiefes Verständnis für Zielgruppen und den Wettbewerb in unserem Markt und hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von kreativen Konzepten und Strategien um Marken, Produkte oder Dienstleistungen zu bewerben?_

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist für die Entwicklung von Kommunikations
- und Markenstrategien für unsere Marken im Social Media (Facebook, TikTok & Pinterest) zuständig
- Du erarbeitest Creative Briefings sowie Ad Skripte für den Social Media Content und überwachst den Umsetzungsprozess (z.B. Videoproduktionen)
- Du schaffst kreative Konzepte und Kampagnen, um die Markenbekanntheit und den Absatz zu steigern
- Du kennst dich v.a. in den Bereichen Zielgruppenanalyse, Marktforschung, Kreativkonzeptentwicklung, Strategieumsetzung und Erfolgmessung aus?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung einer einheitlichen Markenbotschaft und Markenidentität über alle Kanäle hinweg
- Du analysierst Markt
- und Konkurrenzdaten, um neue Trends und Chancen zu identifizieren
- Du arbeitest intensiv mit den Abteilungen für Marketing, UGC und Media-Buying

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing o.Ä. oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du weist mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Creative Strategy, idealerweise aus dem E-Commerce Bereich, auf
- DU besitzt Kreativität und Innovationsfähigkeit, um originelle und ansprechende kreative Konzepte zu entwickeln
- Du verbindest analytisches Geschick und Gespür für Marken, Trends und Zielgruppen
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Markenkommunikation, Marktforschung, Kommunikationsstrategie und Projektmanagement
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Flexibilität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit?
