Are you a creative thinker with a passion for bringing brand experiences to life? We're seeking a talented Art Director to join our team at Avantgarde, a pioneer in the global Experience Economy.
Your RoleAs an Art Director, you will work directly on projects from brief to build, collaborating with our team of creative disciplines to deliver innovative and engaging brand experiences. Your expertise in conceptual thinking and visual storytelling will be essential in developing compelling campaigns that drive customer loyalty.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative concepts for brand experiences, including experiential marketing and live events
- Lead and direct designers to bring your vision to life, ensuring high-quality execution and attention to detail
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, ideation specialists, and other internal creative disciplines to develop and refine ideas
- Sell your ideas internally and to clients, presenting your concepts in a clear and articulate manner
- Work closely with spatial architects, exhibition designers, and other specialists to create immersive brand experiences
We're looking for a creative and experienced Art Director with a passion for experiential marketing and brand experience. Your portfolio should demonstrate excellent ideation, conceptual thinking, and storytelling skills, with a focus on original and innovative ideas.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated or experiential agencies
- Brilliant creative thinking and ability to push boundaries
- Passion for bringing brand experiences to life and a great eye for trends and consumer behaviors
- Fluency in English (written and oral) and German (written and oral)
- Munich-based
