Stellenbeschreibung:
Als unser Spezialist für Qualität, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt (QHSE) sind Sie maßgeblich daran beteiligt, unsere topaktuelle Qualität und Sicherheitskultur aufrechtzuerhalten und weiterzuentwickeln. Qualität:
- Sie gewährleisten die vollständige Umsetzung und Nutzung des globalen Accelleron Integrated Management Systems durch Audits und lokale Detailierung.- Sie erschaffen wirksame interne Kontrollmechanismen damit unsere Prozesse die Unternehmensstandards und Kundenerwartungen stets erfüllen bzw. übertreffen.- Sie gewährleisten, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, dass die Qualität der Produkte und Dienstleistungen die Unternehmensstandards und die Erwartungen unserer Kunden entspricht bzw. übertrifft.- Sie überwachen, dass geeignete präventive und korrektive Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, um Risiken, Ausfälle und Abweichungen zu verhindern und zu korrigieren.- Sie tragen Sorge dafür, dass die Stimme des Kunden erfasst wird und im Unternehmen Gehör findet.
Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt:
- Sie gewährleisten die vollständige Umsetzung und Nutzung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits
- und Umweltstandards und -richtlinien durch Audits und Sie unterstützen Führungskräfte dabei, ihre Verantwortlichkeiten zu verstehen.- Sie stellen die Verfügbarkeit geeigneter persönlicher Schutzausrüstung sicher, ermitteln den Aus
- und Weiterbildungsbedarf.- Sie entwickeln eine starke Gesundheits-, Sicherheits
- und Umweltkultur, indem Sie Verbesserungen und „Best Practices“ umsetzen.- Sie melden HSE-Vorfälle unverzüglich, untersuchen diese, dokumentieren gesammelte Erfahrungen und kommunizieren bewährte Praktiken.- Sie analysieren HSE-Kennzahlen und ergreifen bei Bedarf geeignete Maßnahmen.- Sie unterstützen Führungskräfte bei HSE-Risikobewertungen.
Ihre Anforderungen:
- Höchste Standards im Bereich Qualität und Sicherheit- Affinität für technisch komplexen Produkten und Dienstleistungen- Kundenorientiert und mit kooperativer Einstellung- Fähigkeit, komplexe Situationen und Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen- Relevante Ausbildung (Abschluss) und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung- Solide Kenntnisse der lokalen Gesundheits-, Sicherheits
- und Umweltgesetzgebung sowie der ISO 9001- und ISO 45001-Standards- Zusätzliche Schulungen zur Erweiterung des Kompetenzprofils wären von Vorteil- Lean Six Sigma-Zertifizierung wäre von Vorteil- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
