**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**We’re looking for the lead for our strong Analytics team, that helps clients understand and maximize the impact of their marketing activities of their business. This role is for someone who is passionate about driving new and innovative Analytics work across all our clients, challenging the Analytics team to consistently perform at its peak and work across all capabilities to ensure data driven insights are a key part of everything we do. You will be an educator and champion on everything we do related to data.

Some of the things we would like you to do - for our clients**:

- You own and evolve the Analytics discipline working with industry leading, cutting edge technology and you report to the local C-level
- You drive client breakthroughs by productizing solutions and tools that future-proofed solutions for our clients
- You lead the Analytics narrative across existing and new clients, by making significant contributions to our business development efforts by leading the Analytics response
- You work with the EMEA Head of Analytics to define and implement a growth strategy for our German office
- You use your data understanding to become a valuable partner in solving our clients' issues
- You are involved in the development of new, innovative measurement tools, from design to implementation and global rollout
- You acquire, nurture and develop top Analytics talent by providing coaching, training and mentoring to continue to make EssenceMediacom a great place to work

A bit about yourself:

- You have several years of client facing analytics experience in media, management consulting or marketing
- You possess previous experience in effectively managing and coaching teams
- You have a thorough understanding of the digital marketing and media landscape
- You have in-depth knowledge of campaign measurement, modeling techniques and best practices, as well as experience in visualizing data to generate insights
- You have expert technical skills in SQL, Python, R, and social analytics tools (such as Crimson Hexagon, Spredfast, etc.).
- Your ability to effectively communicate and present information is one of your greatest assets
- You speak English and German fluently
