System Administrator

We're seeking an experienced IT System Administrator who's eager to further develop their technological skills in our company. You will protect our critical systems and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist our user base daily. From early on, you will empower breakthrough innovations, take on challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and be responsible for results.
**Your tasks**:
- Administer and support Microsoft products, ensuring their reliability, performance, and security.
- Develop and implement strategies for system maintenance, configuration, and disaster recovery.
- Utilize PowerShell or other programming languages to automate tasks, streamline processes, and enhance system functionalities.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to resolve complex problems.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in the IT field, with a willingness to explore and integrate new technologies into our existing infrastructure.
**What you offer us**:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator with a minimum of 5 years, with a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Entra ID, Exchange, and Intune.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting or other programming languages for automating tasks and configuring systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365, and understanding of cloud architecture and service management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies and IT best practices.
