Als Head of Supply Chain (all genders) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle beim Vorantreiben unserer Wachstumsstrategien und beim Erreichen des operativen Erfolgs. Im Mittelpunkt unserer Expansionsziele konzentriert sich diese Position darauf, unsere Supply Chain-Prozesse für maximale Effizienz zu optimieren und zu straffen, um ein nahtloses Wachstum und Skalierbarkeit zu ermöglichen.

**Deine Mission in dieser Rolle ist klar definiert**: Baue ein leistungsstarkes Team auf, forme eine strategische Vision und revolutioniere unsere operative Effizienz, um die Marktführerschaft zu erreichen.

What to expect
- Leadership: Entwickle, leite und coach unser wachsendes Supply-Chain-Team, bestehend aus Einkauf und Lager. Stelle sicher, dass deine Teams von unserer Mission motiviert sind, wirkungsvolle Initiativen vorantreiben und ihre Ziele konsequent erreichen.
- Strategy & Vision: Definiere eine langfristige Strategie und die OKRs, die nahtlos mit der Gesamtunternehmensstrategie und den Expansionszielen abgestimmt sind. Entwickle KPIs weiter, um Erfolg zu messen und zu überwachen, und ergreife proaktive Maßnahmen, um sie konsequent zu erreichen.
- Operational Excellence : Gewährleiste reibungslose und effiziente tägliche Abläufe in Übereinstimmung mit Sicherheitsvorschriften und Zollanforderungen. Verbessere und optimiere kontinuierlich die Effizienz entlang der gesamten Supply Chain, identifiziere Risiken und behebe Ineffizienzen, um die Widerstandsfähigkeit und Skalierbarkeit zu verbessern.
- Supplier Relations : Verhandle Verträge mit unseren Lieferanten, um günstige Bedingungen, Zuverlässigkeit und Kosteneffizienz sicherzustellen. Pflege dauerhafte und kooperative Beziehungen, die für den Erfolg unserer Supply Chain unerlässlich sind.
- Stakeholder-Management: Arbeite eng mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen zusammen, einschließlich Operations, Finance und Produktteams, um die Bemühungen der Supply Chain mit den Geschäftszielen und Expansionsplänen abzustimmen.
- Reporting Lines : Du berichtest direkt an den Director Operations und arbeitest effektiv mit anderen Abteilungsteams an mehreren Projekten zusammen.

- Experience: Du verfügst über eine fundierte Berufserfahrung im internationalen Supply Chain Management, Einkauf, Betrieb, Logistik oder verwandten Bereichen, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Scale-up-Umfeld.

- Negotiation Expert : Du zeichnest dich durch die Fähigkeit aus, langfristige Lieferantenpartnerschaften abzuschließen und zu pflegen, während du außergewöhnliche Verhandlungsfähigkeiten bei Vertragsverhandlungen einsetzt, um vorteilhafte Bedingungen und nachhaltige kooperative Beziehungen sicherzustellen.
- Tech-Enthusiast: Du besitzt einen unermüdlichen Antrieb, Technologielösungen zu nutzen und innovative Tools zur Prozessverbesserung, Automatisierung und operativen Exzellenz einzusetzen.
- Language : Du bist kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch
