Als Lead eines ca. 10-Köpfe großen Frontend Development Teams fungierst du als ein bedeutsamer Schlüssel bei unserer Unternehmensentwicklung. Du bist ein wichtiger Faktor im Gestalten und Erreichen unserer Unternehmensziele und arbeitest in enger Abstimmung mit dem Management und anderen Leads.

Aufgaben
- Du hast ein offenes Ohr für deine Teammitglieder und förderst diese bei der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.
- Du unterstützt unser HR-Team bei der Auswahl neuer Teammitglieder und gewinnst passende Talente mit einer von dir entwickelten Recruiting Strategie.
- Du begleitest als Frontend Developer verschiedene Kundenprojekte in der Planung, Umsetzung und darüber hinaus.
- Du unterstützt bei der Organisationsentwicklung im Hinblick auf unsere Jahresziele und trägst damit zur Firmenentfaltung bei.
- Du entwickelst mit weiteren Leads eine bedarfsgerechte Personalplanung und -controlling und fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen Team und Management.

**Must-haves**
- Du hast mind. 5 Jahre professionelle Berufserfahrung in der Frontend Entwicklung.
- Du besitzt gute Menschenkenntnis in Teamarbeit und Recruiting.
- Du setzt deine starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten gekonnt intern sowie gegenüber Kunden auf Deutsch und Englisch ein.

**Profil**
- Du bist geübt in den gängigen Frontend-Sprachen (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), diese führst du mit Genauigkeit und Qualität aus.
- Du hast bestenfalls bereits praktische Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition.
- Du bringst eine sehr gute Selbstorganisation sowie ein zuverlässiges Urteils
- und Entscheidungsvermögen mit.
- Du bist geübt darin, Teammitglieder zu stärken, zu fördern und zu motivieren.
- Du hast Spaß in einem wachsenden Unternehmensumfeld zu arbeiten, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse fortlaufend zu verbessern.
- Du kannst dich mithilfe deiner Problemlöse
- und analytischen Fähigkeiten schnell in verschiedenen Projektumgebungen zurechtfinden.
