**What you'll do**
***:

- Support the improvement and communication of key project and program controlling guidelines; ensure that Project and Program Managers follow established guidelines
- Help address timesheet queries and coordinate with the controlling team for accurate submissions
- Assist in ensuring time and invoice billing is accurate and project charging is according to plan
- Help with tracking and executing monthly project and program forecasts; create monthly reports for the Leadership
- Build relationships with Project Managers and Controlling partners and assist the team in gaining knowledge on Financial Project Management

**Who you are**

- Enrolled as a student in business administration, focusing on finance, with a passion for IT or related fields (technical experience/knowledge is an advantage)
- Energetic and collaborative, eager to drive initiatives forward and enjoy teamwork
- Motivated to work in an international and diverse team, ready to learn and help others
- Eager to take a significant step in your professional career and grow professionally
