We are looking for an intern supporting the Global Tribe “Sustainability Leader” within the Global People Excellence department.

The Global Tribe “Sustainability Leader” is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and scaling global solutions in the areas of Leadership Development, Culture, DEI and Sustainable Employment Conditions.

Our job is to ensure priorities and activities within the tribe are in line with agreed-upon business demands and as such are contributing to defined strategic priorities and adding value on global, regional and local level.

**Your tasks**:

- Concept and design of processes and solutions, which contribute to the further development of DB Schenker's sustainable employment conditions, DEI, culture and leadership development
- Create presentations
- Run analyses and summarize outcome and solutions for possible next steps
- Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of workshops as well as trainings for our employees
- Collect and sort data
- Research on topics and trends on the market
- Support with administration topics

**Your profile**:

- Very good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- A hands-on mentality
- Self-reliant personality that enjoys driving and owning topics and creating tangible results
- Ability to be flexible in an international, fast-paced, changing environment
- High level of service orientation
- HR experience is not a must but would be great
- Organizational skills
- Power Point
- IT affinity in regard to learn and use state of the art communication tools (Teams, Miro, Workpath)
