You gained strong expertise in people development topics and you are eager to implement your idea of how a holistic People Development concept for a technology function could look like? Then we welcome you in our team as **Senior Professional Talent & People Development (f/m/d). **Your aim will be providing tailor made development solutions and tools to our 1500 technology experts and leaser; enabling them to excel their professional development and their personal growth.
**What you are responsible for**
- Strategically driving the concepts of Talent Management, People Development and Learning
- A key part of your role will be to design and implement state-of-the-art leadership, expert and project management career paths for our technology experts and leaders
- Alongside you will define and offer a fit for purpose training curriculum to support our people´s personal growth and strengthen their individual strengths
- You drive employee engagement and development at all levels to help our people to continue to create transformative impact and promote a culture of curiosity and lifelong learning; aiming to increase employee satisfaction and retention
- You act as strategic partner to our business leaders regarding performance and potential diagnostics and help them to identify talents and high potentials; not least to create a systematic succession planning, further increase our diversity and to offer specific Talent Management activities to our high potentials
- You collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. co-determination bodies, external providers, etc.) and additionally coordinate and align our activities with other group functions
- Of course, you always keep ahead of the latest learning and talent management trends, tools and techniques to provide the best possible learning and development experiences to our employees
**What you are good at**
- You have a completed academic degree in Psychology, HR or a related field
- You have a strong track record in the area of talent management and a deep understanding of talent management tools, processes, and diagnostics
- You have proven expertise on what it takes to develop managerial and functional experts in a technology-centric organization
- You can collect and moderate input, derive viable and widely accepted plans and turn them into impactful actions
- You understand the drivers of employee engagement and can design impactful initiatives to improve these
- You can deal with ambiguity, are willing to innovate and to work in an agile way
- You are a skilled communicator and act as trusted partner for our people to overcome obstacles and are familiar with an international and diverse context, as well as matrix organizations
- You act as strategic advisor to the top management on people development topics
- You are fluent in German and English
