We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Owner (M/F/d) to join Team Network Services contributing to the overall success of the Network Planning Domain.
Our team plays a pivotal role in FlixTech, serving as the vital link between Network Planning and downstream domains. We empower the entire organization by providing the planned bus and train network, facilitating efficient handling of pricing, sales, and network operations. We support our users to scale and automate network planning processes.
As the Product Owner of this self-organized team of professionals, supported by UX/UI experts and an Agile Coach, you will be at the forefront of discovering business opportunities and driving the vision of our products. Collaboration is key, as you'll closely work with a diverse group of stakeholders from various domains within the organization.
Your Responsibilities - Paint the world green
- Develop a clear and inspiring product vision and strategy that guides the team towards a shared goal.
- Engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Gather and discover business opportunities and problems in close collaboration with your stakeholders.
- Create a product roadmap and continuously update it to reflect progress and changing business priorities.
- Define and use metrics to measure your product's progress towards objectives and to identify areas for improvements.
- Foster a collaborative and agile work environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork and team responsibility.
- Actively participate in the Flix Product Owner community, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- Minimum 3 years of product role experience in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities and strong communication skills.
- Expertise in product discovery, solution design, and working in small impactful iterations.
- Ability to grasp implications of both technical and business topics.
- Proficient in analysing data, leveraging it for informed decisions.
- You have a curious mindset and are always questioning the status quo.
- Team player who embraces diversity and inclusivity.
- Experience in travel industry or network planning is a plus.
