**Head of Growth and Operations (m/w/d)**:
**Zu deiner Verantwortung zählen**:

- ** Growth (Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung)**: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ragnhild Struss und Johann Claussen erarbeitest du die Expansionsstrategie für Struss & Claussen und übernimmst die zentrale Verantwortung für die Umsetzung. Du analysierst Markt
- und Wettbewerbssituationen, identifizierst attraktive Wachstumsopportunitäten früh und entwickelst Wachstumsstrategien.
- ** Operations**: Du entwickelst einen KPI-basierten Ansatz und sorgst dafür, dass wir profitabel und mit einem strikten Fokus auf die hohe Qualität unserer Beratung wachsen. Du sicherst die Kultur von Exzellenz und Qualität auch bei unseren ambitionierten Wachstumsplänen und stellst eine hohe Auslastung und Produktivität sicher. Für unsere analogen und digitalen Leistungen baust du erfolgreiche End-to-End-Prozesse auf und stellst die Customer Centricity aller Aktivitäten sicher. Projekte zur Prozessverbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung liegen in deiner Hand - sowohl konzeptionell als auch operativ.
- ** Sales**: Du verbindest Marketing
- und Vertriebsaktivitäten, um unsere Reichweite zu erhöhen und neue Vertriebswege zu erschließen. Schlüsselkund*innen und Partner*innen betreust du im Sinne eines langfristigen Beziehungsmanagements.
- ** Team-Führung**:Sobald du erste Wachstumsmaßnahmen gewinnbringend etabliert hast, baust du ein eigenes kleines, leistungsfähiges Team auf, das Innovation, Wachstum und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produkte vorantreibt auf unserem Weg, der dominante Spieler im Bereich Personal Development in der DACH-Region zu werden.

**Das wünschen wir uns von dir**:

- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, proaktives Handeln, ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsgefühl und die Lust, etwas Großes aufzubauen
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevanten Feldern, bevorzugt im Bereich der Restrukturierung oder Strategieberatung
