**About the role**:
**Reports to**: Director, Investor Relationships

The Associate Director of Investor Relationships will contribute to International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) investor engagement activities by supporting the ISSB Investor Advisory Group, its related working groups, engagement with the investor community more broadly and other activities as needed.

The ideal Associate Director of Investor Relationships will be analytical and personable, with direct experience of how institutional investors use ESG/sustainability information; they will have experience with and enjoy relationship management, which will be a significant part of this role as the Associate Director of Investor Relationships liaises with investor trade groups and engage with high-profile groups of investors.

**Key responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for supporting the ISSB Investor Advisory Group (IIAG) as well as engagement with investor associations in various ways, including:

- managing IIAG and investor association relationships, in collaboration with the Director of Investor Relationships;
- representing IFRS sustainability-related matters at investor-focused events, particularly in Europe;
- analysis of the levels at which existing IIAG members participate in the IIAG;
- liaising with ISSB staff and board members as needed to compile and/or develop IIAG meeting materials;
- managing at least some IIAG regional working groups, including planning meetings in APAC, EMEA, the Americas and other markets, as necessary;
- ensuring the Engagement Team Assistant has updated investor contact information in SalesForce; and
- developing and maintaining a system by which we measure investor perceptions of IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and the satisfaction of their needs via the ISSB due process.

**Skills, experience and qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience working in the asset management industry or related investor associations;
- 10+ years of experience with relationship management;
- a deep understanding of the sustainability disclosure landscape;
- a committment to the ISSB remit, with a strong desire to be help establish a global baseline for the disclosure of sustainability-related financial information; and
- and understanding of why investor engagement is critical to the success of ISSB.

- demonstrate outstanding organisation, time management and communication skills;
- thrive in both a team environment and independently;
- have strong process orientation and the ability to suggest improvements;
- have experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) to track engagement with external audiences, and to develop and run reports;
- thrive in both entrepreneurial and bureaucratic environments;
- be comfortable with fast-changing conditions—flexibility is important; and
- be an FSA Credential-holder (preferred).

The ISSB operates under a multi-location operating model; early mornings and late nights will be required from time to time.
