**Infra. Operations Expert (m/w/d)**
Standort: Frankfurt,
Pensum: 100 %

**Ihr **Aufgabenbereich**
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsentwicklung durch Verfassen von Antworten auf Anfragen (RFP/RFI)
- Unterstützung im Vorverkauf durch Erstellung von Fallstudien und Leistungsdarstellungen als Marketingmaterialen.
- Aufrechterhaltung der technologischen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit durch Interaktion mit dem Community-Netzwerk.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenteam zur Bearbeitung von Eskalationen.
- Umsetzung von Änderungsanfragen und technischen Aufgaben.
- Leitung technischer Diskussionen in Kundengremiensitzungen.
- Interaktion mit Benutzern, Kunden und erstem Führungsebene-Management.

***Projekt-/Prozessverantwortlichkeiten**
- Bearbeitung spezifischer Technologien innerhalb von Projekten.
- Beitrag zu High-Level-Design (HLD), Low-Level-Design (LLD), Implementierungs
- und Testplänen.
- Teilnahme an technischen Audits.
- Identifizierung von Automatisierungs-, Standardisierungs
- und Stabilisierungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
- Übersetzung von technischen Anforderungen in ein Design.
- Leitung von Initiativen zur Technologieinnovation (TIP) und Koordination mit dem Center of Excellence (CoE) für deren Umsetzung.
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Überprüfung von Betriebsanleitungen, Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOP) und Wissensartikeln zu spezifischen Technologiebereichen.
- Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Änderungsprozessen sowie Standardisierung dieser Prozesse.

**Ihre Skills und Qualifikationen**
- Bachelorabschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Kenntnisse im IT
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
