**Responsibilities**:

- Betreiben der Prozessanlagen gemäß Betriebsanweisungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie Anwenden anerkannt guter Arbeitsweisen, um sicheres An
- und Abfahren von Anlagenteilen zu unterstützen
- Einbringen von Prozesswissen und Durchführen von Rundgängen zum Überwachen, Erkennen, Berichten, Schadensminderung, Lösen und Eskalieren von auftretenden Problemen, die das Erreichen unserer Kernprinzipien beeinträchtigen könnten
- Überwachen des Produktionsprozesses (z. B. Prozessleitsystem, Anzeigen vor Ort)
- Abweichungen des normalen Produktionsbetriebes untersuchen und Lösungen erarbeiten
- Bedienen von Anlagenteilen (z. B. Ventile, Pumpen), um Aktivitäten oder spezielle Vorgaben durchzuführen (z. B. Filterwechsel, Absackung, Zugaben zum Prozess)
- Ziehen von Betriebsproben sowie Durchführung von Analysen
- Reagieren auf Alarme, Kommunizieren von Notwendigkeiten für Überbrückungen (Bypass)
- Mitwirken bei Außerbetriebnahme von Equipment und Übergabe an Instandhaltung für Reparaturen; Eingebunden in die Wiederinbetriebnahme
- Mitverantwortlich, eine hohe Sicherheits-, Qualitäts
- und Verfügbarkeitskultur unter allen Kollegen, Kontraktoren und Besuchern aufrechtzuerhalten
- Teilnahme an Toolbox Meetings (zur Unfallverhinderung) sowie täglicher Schichtübergabe und -übernahme sowie weiterer notwendiger betrieblicher Veranstaltungen
- Teilnahme an Trainings zur Verbesserung und Aufrechterhaltung der Produktionsprozesse
- Ausführen von Verhaltensbeobachtungen (Behavior Based Observations); Kommunizieren von Gefährdungen (Hazard Recognitions) und Beinahe-Ereignissen (Near Miss Incidents)

Qualifications:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chemikant/in
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in dem Themenbereich Prozesse
- Teamfähigkeit sowie sorgfältige, sicherheitsbewusste und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Schichttauglichkeit
- Atemschutztauglichkeit
- MS Office Kenntnisse wünschenswert
