Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Munich, Germany

Company Overview: We are a leading medical device manufacturer that focuses on developing innovative medical technologies to improve patient outcomes. Our company is committed to producing high-quality products that meet regulatory requirements, and we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Munich.

Role Description: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all regulatory and quality requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Conduct internal audits and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures. - Perform risk assessments and manage risk analysis processes. - Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints. - Provide support to cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of product development, manufacturing, and distribution. - Conduct training on quality systems and regulatory requirements. - Maintain and improve the company's quality system documentation.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the medical device industry. - In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. - Experience conducting internal audits and supplier audits. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Fluent in German and English.
