**Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von PMO-Tätigkeiten für das Team „Innovation & Strategy“ innerhalb des Bereichs „Services & Solutions“
- Vorbereitung und Mitgestaltung von Workshops zu Innovations
- und Strategiethemen mit unseren Landesgesellschaften und internen Stakeholdern
- Planung und Nachhalten von Roadmaps sowie Ergebnissen aus Turnaround Initiativen (bspw. mit einzelnen Ländern) und Strategischen Initiativen (bspw. Operational Excellence)
- Begleitung des Budgetprozesses innerhalb des Bereiches
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Gremien

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes zahlenaffines Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium (z.B. Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Retail und / oder Consulting Business
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches Denken
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Übernahme von Verantwortung sowie Bereitschaft, innovative Ideen einzubringen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
