**Responsibilities**:

- Support the local regulatory reporting for Bank Chain Entities in Germany.
- Ensuring timely and accurate local regulatory reporting for Bank Chain Entities in Germany.
- Daily coordination with the service center in Budapest supporting local German regulatory group.
- Ensure overall reporting efficiency, identify process improvements & drive re-engineering initiatives.
- Manage the delivery of all reporting requirements in a timely and accurate reporting for Bank Chain Entities.
- Drive change process by ensuring further technical improvements and high quality deliveries from the service centers.
- Support the day-to-day management of Finance relationship with the German and other regulators.

- Support the implementation of new regulatory rules and requirements as well as respective tailored reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the implementation of external and internal policies and procedures.
- Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, establishing guidelines, implementing controls, and executing strategic plans.
- Work with external and internal auditors for all regulatory related queries.
- Interact with International teams on regulatory reporting to ensure knowledge transfer in all directions.

- System knowledge of Abacus DaVinci/ Abacus 360 would be an advantage.

- Work within a dynamic environment being able to anticipate and respond to new events.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, able to coordinate and manage across multiple deliverables.

Experience/ Knowledge:

- Knowledge of German regulatory reporting requirements as well as applicable regulation i.e. CRR, CRR2 and Basel Accords.
- Experience in dealing with the German external auditors
- In depth knowledge of German regulatory reporting
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Excellent technical skills (databases)
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Understanding of US and local accounting principles.
- Practical experience with Finance processes.
- A few years of experience in regulatory reporting (multinational experience would be an advantage)

Education
- University degree or other equivalent financial background.
- MBA or Professional Degree an advantage.
