**Deine Aufgaben**:
Du baust mit deinem Team die gesamte Finance-Abteilung im Unternehmen auf. Es geht um Finanzpläne, Forecasts, Controlling und Steuerthemen auf strategischer und taktischer Ebene, um den Aufbau von Team, Strukturen und Systemen, aber auch um die Sicherstellung der operativen Finance-Prozesse wie Debitoren
- und Kreditoren-Buchhaltung:

- Du bist für den gesamten Bereich Finance sowie für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams verantwortlich.
- Du legst die Organisationsstruktur und Aufteilung der Verantwortungsbereiche innerhalb der Abteilung fest.
- Du bist für die konzeptionelle Planung und Durchführung von Digitalisierungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit interner IT und externen Dienstleistern verantwortlich.
- Du erstellst Finanz-Reports für die Geschäftsführung.
- Du leistest Schnittstellenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Category Management, Data und Procurement.
- Du beschäftigst dich mit der stetigen Optimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung bestehender Prozesse im Finanzmanagement sowie im internen ERP-System.
- Du bringst eine mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce mit & hast Führungserfahrung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen, hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und bist mit dem Europäischen Umsatzsteuerrecht vertraut (OSS-Verfahren, Verkauf in UK, Bestimmung der Mehrwertsteuersätze).
- Du beherrschst souverän alle gängigen Software Applikationen und Tools, die eine effiziente Finanzabteilung erfolgreich machen.
- Du hast ein einwandfreies Verständnis der unterschiedlichen Geschäftsbereiche (Profitcenter) eines E-Commerce Unternehmens.
- Du bist eine positive und proaktive Persönlichkeit und hast die Fähigkeit, gleichzeitig erfolgreich mehrere Projekte zu leiten oder an diesen zu arbeiten.
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse mit.
