**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Operations Coordinator bist du für den gesamten Recruiting Prozess neuer Mandate Manager Partner verantwortlich, konkret zählen dazu folgende Aufgaben:

- Schalten von Stellenanzeigen in bekannten Portalen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Personaldienstleistern
- Prüfung und Bearbeitung eingehender Bewerbungen
- Organisation und Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Organisation der Kennenlerntage in den Hotels
- Organisation der Businessplanpräsentationstermine neuer potenzieller Management Partner
- Versand der jeweiligen Präsentationen an das Entscheider Gremium mit Einholung von Feedback zu den entsprechenden Präsentationen
- Erstellung und Versand der Verträge rund um die Zusammenarbeit mit den Mandat Managern
- Organisation und Betreuung der Einarbeitung neuer Manager bis zur Übernahme des Hotels
- Administrative Unterstützung des Teams

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, verantwortungsbewusst und hast Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
