Aufgaben:

- Erstellung des Konzernreportings in den Systemen BOFC und SAP (GuV, Bilanz, Cash Flow) für die Business Unit ‚Heating Systems‘
- Koordination der Budgetplanung inkl. Mittelfristplanung und Forecasts sowie des Jahresabschlusses
- Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen und Werkzeugen im Controlling entlang der CFO Agenda
- Bewertung von Pain Points, Gaps und Abhängigkeiten sowie Erarbeitung und Treiben kritischer Prozessverbesserungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern
- Agieren als Change Manager und etablieren von Best Practices in der Organisation durch Trainings etc.
- Weiterentwicklung der FiCO-Reporting und Planungsprozesse durch Einsatz von state-of-the-art Methoden (business intelligence, predictive forecasting, etc.)

Anforderung:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften/-informatik oder eines verwandten Studiengangs
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich bzw. Controlling eines produzierenden Unternehmens
- Sicherer Umgang mit P&L, Bilanz und Cash Flow, gute Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung (IFRS)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP(/-BW), insbes. Modul Fi/Co. Kenntnisse in BOFC wünschenswert
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in neuen Technologien, wie Process Mining, RPA, etc und deren Anwendung wünschenswert
