Project Management Coordinator (m/w/x)

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Du unterstützt als Teil des Projektmanagementteams die Projektleitung oder die Teilprojektleitung in einem Fahrzeugentwicklungsprojekt, um einen erfolgreichen Projektablauf zu garantieren und stellst die strukturierte Durchführung des Projektumfanges durch eine funktionierende Projektadministration und -organisation sicher. Dies beinhaltet unter anderem folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

- Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Gestaltung von effizienten Abläufen und Vorgehensweisen, um eine erfolgreiche Projektbearbeitung sicherzustellen und die Projektleitung und das Projektteam optimal von administrativen Aufgaben zu entlasten
- Sorgfältige Projektdokumentation in Abstimmung mit den (Teil-)Projektleitern und technischen Leitern
- Erstellung, Vorbereitung sowie Nachbereitung von Gate Reviews
- Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Umsetzung der Projektvorgaben über das gesamte Projektteam
- Unterstützung bei der Projektsteuerung sowie bei der Etablierung geeigneter PM Prozesse, Methoden und Werkzeuge
- Organisation und Moderation von Besprechungen sowie Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Protokollen
- Ansprechpartner für alle Projektteammitglieder bezüglich PM-Vorgaben (Ablagestruktur, Dokumentationsform)
- Schnittstelle über alle Projektebenen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit
- Ermittlung und Aufzeigen von Optimierungspotentialen im Projekt
- Rechtzeitiges Aufzeigen und Eskalieren bei Abweichungen von Projektvorgaben
- Schulung und Unterstützung bei der Anwendung von PM-Tools
- Regelmäßige Dienstreisen zu unserem Standort nach Sindelfingen

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der (agilen) Projektmanagementmethodik im Automotive-Bereich
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie vernetztes Denken
- Technisches Verständnis wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, im Speziellen mit Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
