Aufgaben
- Leitung des crossfunktionalen Marketingteams (u.a. Market Access, Supply Chain, Medical, Sales, Business Intelligence)
- Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien für Impfstoffe
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen (Arzt, Apotheken & Direct to Consumer)
- Analyse und Interpretation von Markttrends und gesundheitspolitische Entwicklungen
- Erstellung von Business Cases und Prognosen
- Management des Produktlebenszyklus
- Bereitstellung von strategischen Leitlinien, Marketing
- und Werbematerialien für den Vertrieb
- Verwaltung der Marketingbudgets und Project Timelines
- Aufbau enger Beziehungen zu KOLs national und international
- Koordinierung der Produktionsplanung zusammen mit Supply Chain und Kooperationspartnern
- Sicherstellung der rechtlichen Anforderungen der Marketingaktionen

Qualifikation
- Studium der Wirtschafts
- oder Naturwissenschaften
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Product Management in der Pharmaindustrie
- Erfahrung in der Führung größerer crossfunktionaler Brand Teams
- Erfahrung mit Impfstoffen von Vorteil
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Multi-Channel Marketing
- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
- Herausragende Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenmotivation
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
