**Intern Marketing / Category Management (f/m/d)**:

For us, the Category Management Team DACH, the Shopper is at the center of everything we do. That's why we are a collaborative and trusted partner, translating shopper and category insights into actionable plans that drive category growth through perfect execution. Our team, focusing on consumer tissue, beauty care and incontinence products, is looking for an **Intern Marketing / Category Management (M/F/d) **for a period of **5 - 6 months **with **38 hours **per week **in our Consumer Goods Business Unit in **Mannheim **.

**What You Will Do**:

- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, retail panel and household panel data (including Nielsen and GfK) and shopper behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the category
- Reporting: Maintain, optimize, and develop reports to track category performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Assortment and Placement: Assist in the development of Point-of-Sale concepts, including assortment and placement recommendations for our retail partners to help meet customer needs and grow our categories
- Pricing and Promotion: Work with the Category Manager to develop pricing and promotion strategies
- Project Management: Support customer projects in international retail
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external service providers
- Consulting: Provide recommendations for action on our paper hygiene categories to our external retail partners and internal stakeholders

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor or Master student (M/F/d) in economics or business informatics at a German University or University of Applied Sciences
- Interest in retail, consumer goods, and e-commerce
- Enthusiasm for category management in an omni-channel environment
- Excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret data and derive recommendations for action
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in an international team setup
- Fluent English and good German skills
