For the international launch of our strategic Electronic Medical Record ORBIS (U) we are looking for you, in one of our Dedalus locations in Germany or Germany-wide in home office as a

Service Design Specialist (M/F/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Guide the regions in the design and optimization of the service organizations to accommodate the introduction of ORBIS- Act as a service representative in the R&D release documentation/processes- Act as a service representative in the pre-assesment/Launch process when launching ORBIS in a new country- Create/gather and maintain the required service transfer documents like default statement of work, service plan default project plan- Introduce, review and optimize the required service processes to support the move of our products to cloud- Define, document the support model for ORBIS- Act as a BU stakeholder in the international service management virtual community and project management virtual community

You bring along:
- Over 5 years’ experience as an engineer or consultant supporting clients in a high tech or software environment (ideally within Healthcare IT)- Languages: Fluent in German and English. Knowledge in French would be a plus- Ability to work independently with limited supervision- Self-motivated with history of remote work- You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills- Strong analytical and leadership skills- Your are accountable and take ownership for tasks/issues escalated to the team and act as a facilitator when required- Commitment to teamwork and ability to foster productive working relations with internal and external groups- Certified ITIL 4 or PMP/Prince 2 is a plus
