Innerhalb des OSS Teams verantwortest Du, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen, die Weiterentwicklung des OSS Stacks im Bereich Ticketing & Workorder Management als Solution Owner und Projekt Manager*in.
- Als OSS Solution Owner bist Du im ständigen Austausch mit unseren Fachabteilungen - internen Kunden-, um deren funktionale Anforderungen in ein Solution Design zu überführen.
- In Deiner Rolle bist Du für die Erstellung von Spezifikationen, die interne Realisierung oder die Beauftragung der externen Realisierung bei unseren Lieferanten sowie für das jeweilige Budget verantwortlich.
- Mit Deinen fundierten Kenntnissen im klassischen Projektmanagement sowie in agilen Arbeitsumgebungen bist Du bereit, Entwicklungsprojekte voranzutreiben und neue Releases erfolgreich in den Betrieb zu überführen.
- Bei uns übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für das gesamte Lifecycle-, Release
- und Kapazitätsmanagement der die verantworteten Systeme.

- Deine gute Kenntnisse der Industriestandards, z.B. ITIL, eTOM, TMF sowie dem Aufbau von Telekommunikationsnetzen zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du bist im Projektmanagement ausgebildet (z.B. Prince2) und bringst Erfahrungen in agilen und hybriden Entwicklungsumgebungen bzw. Teams mit.
- Du konntest bereits mehrere IT/Telco/OSS-spezifische Softwareprojekte erfolgreich zum Abschluss bringen.
- Du bringst mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im OSS / IT / Telco Umfeld, idealerweise in der Ticketing / Workorder Management Domäne sowie ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurs-Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Telekommunikation, Computer Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Dein detailliertes Verständnis von betriebsrelevanten Prozesse im NOC und Field-Service Umfeld sowie Deine Erfahrungen im Management von 3rd Parties, Kostenabschätzungen und Ausschreibungen runden Dein Profil ab.
