**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:

- Verantwortung des VIP-Ticketings (Buchung der Saison
- und Tageskarten im Ticketsystem)
- Erstellung aller vertriebsrelevanten Reportings sowie Pflege der Inventar-Übersicht
- Begleitung der Bundesliga-Spieltage und kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Kunden
- Verantwortung aller Hospitality-relevanten Themen rund um die Spieltage (u.a. Seating, Erstellung und Pflege der Tischpläne sowie Einlass und Beschwerdemanagement)
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung aller Sponsorenevents außerhalb der Spieltage
- Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenstamms

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Berufserfahrung im Sport
- oder Medienumfeld
- Hohe Affinität zum Umgang mit Datenbanken und sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office, insbesondere Excel
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kunden via Telefon, auf digitalen Plattformen und im persönlichen Kontakt
- Sportbegeisterung, eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine schnelle Auffassungs
- und Umsetzungsgabe
- Serviceorientierung, Verlässlichkeit und sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
