***In a nutshell**:
As a People Team lead, you'll hold a key position in which - together with two HR Business Partners - you will be responsible for the development and organization of our German central team across various locations in Germany. Your tasks will include ensuring our processes and systems are compliant, conducting reviews and regular check-ins, working on people-related projects, deciding on staffing of new joiners and having development conversations with our talent. You'll combine your thought leadership in the area of people and HR with a solid understanding of the business.

***What you'll do**:

- Guide, develop and support the German HR Business Partners - aligning with the international HR BP team and people director.
- Oversee the development of the people in your scope. Conduct check-ins and bi-annual reviews to ensure you can support them best
- Conduct all admin-related tasks around development agreements, contracts, and compensation - help in handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures for your scope
- Initiate and drive people-related initiatives, provide insightful data to guide decision-making, and implement proactive solutions
- Design and improve people programs (including staffing, onboarding, learning & development, and rotation processes)
- Build organizational health by ensuring that the organization is structured to achieve business objectives and by keeping a close eye on engagement scores of all teams
- Ensure consistency in data, systems and processes within the organisation (in - and outside the German team)
- Manage talent to ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline
- **About you**
- Master's degree in Psychology or Science (or similar background)
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a strategy or organizational consultant and/or experience in a tech start-up/scale-up environment and / or hands-on experience with HR. Ready to lead a team.
- Passion for technology and people
- Project management and operations experience
- Experience in Human Resource disciplines and fundamental knowledge in employment law
- Fluent in English, German fluency is a plus
