**Product Owner (M/F/d) - Vehicle Abstraction Layer**
Ref.: 89647

In our Precision Ag & Digital, Infrastructure department, you will be working on future-relevant innovations for agriculture in a state-of-the-art environment. As a PO, you will lead a team who are defining, developing and integrating an on-vehicle middleware layer that better enables the design of more loosely-coupled systems that are interface with the vehicle’s mechatronic systems.

**What You Will Do**
- Responsibility for creating, enhancing and communicating a strong vision for the VAL by linking the development team and all internal and external stakeholders to the purpose of the product and its development
- Product ownership and making value-driven decisions based on domain knowledge from a business perspective
- Comfortable influencing without authority and enhancing improvement by collaborating with an empowered development team
- Communicating with all levels of customers and users
- Disciplinary manager for the development team
- Budgetary responsibility for the planned spend / spending of the team

**What You Will Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Several years of comprehensive professional experience in the described field of activity
- Leadership experience
- Project
- and Process-Management experience

**A Plus If You Have**
- Certification as a Product Owner (PO)
- Proven prior technical experience with interface design, middleware technologies & architecture
- Strong problem solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
