**Solution Owner Dealer Portals & Learning (M/F/x)**

In our ONE Digital team, you will be revolutionizing agriculture with us and help to feed the world sustainably. In a dialogue with our customers and partners, we strive to master the digital transformation in agriculture with a holistic approach. With us, you will directly influence the next generation of Smart Farming solutions. Look forward to exciting, innovative technologies and an agile set-up, with interfaces to all AGCO brands and a varied range of areas. As a global team, consisting of employees from six countries, you will work with dedicated colleagues on the future of agriculture.
The Solution Owner is ultimately responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable large-scale business solutions that meet customer needs on a global basis. This roles achieve this by collaborating with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develop the Solution Vision, Solution Roadmap. The Solution Owner aligns with the Enterprise Architecture team and the Solution Train's ARTs teams. This Role identifies the customers and stakeholders, and has a strong Customer-Centric mindset, and is ultimately responsible to deliver and measure customer value for the Solution. On the delivery side, the role works in close alignment the Product Management teams within the ARTs context and also plays a critical role in solution train events including Pre
- and Post-PI planning, Solution and System Demos and, Solution Train Sync. The role is part of the Digital Transformation Office and One Digital team.
**What You Will Do**
- You own the lifecycle of a specific sub-set of capabilities withing the overall Solution
- You create and Evolve a Roadmap in conjunction with Enterprise Architect
- You align the Capabilities Roadmap and the Solution Roadmap with relevant Milestones, and Releases, identified on the solution roadmap
- You define and manage requirements at the solution level as well as decompose requirements to communicate intent with internal and external suppliers and support compliance needs
- You identify and refine Epics, Capabilities and Identify Features that drive the backlogs for the solution train ARTs'
**What You Will Bring**
- Relevant professional experience in the field of Digital Product Management combined with agile strategic development of digital solutions
- Experience in working with the SAFe Agile framework (3-5 years)
- English skills in business fluent
- Good communication skills
- Work experience in international environments
**A Plus If You Have**
- Experience in Digital Disruptive Business Models Experience in Agriculture
