Wir suchen einen enthusiastischen und erfahrenen Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) für unsere Europazentrale in Mainz-Mombach, Deutschland. Dies ist eine spannende Gelegenheit, unser wachsendes Team in einem schnelllebigen und wachstumsstarken Unternehmen zu verstärken. Der Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) wird Projekte leiten, koordinieren und betreuen und das Management Team in verschiedenen Bereichen unterstützen.- Weiterhin konzentriert sich der Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) auf die Unterstützung beim Aufbau des neuen Produktionsstandortes in Mainz durch die Implementierung neuer Prozesse in den Bereichen Vertrieb und Produktion, die Umsetzung der Go-To-Market-Strategie sowie der Teilnahme an den Plänen zur Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems.- ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Zu den allgemeinen Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten gehören die folgenden (weitere Aufgaben können zugewiesen werden):
- Du leitest, koordinierst, führst und überwachst diverse Projekte in Kooperation mit unserem Management-Team
- Du arbeitest regelmäßig an der Organisations
- und Prozessoptimierung
- Du unterstützt und nimmst an der Implementierung unseres neuen ERP-Systems (SAP) teil
- Du bestimmst KPIs und übernimmst deren regelmäßige Messung inkl. des Reports an die Geschäftsführung und unterstützt bei der jährlichen Betriebsplanung
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Dokumentation von Prozessen (Standard Operating Procedures, SOP's)
- ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- Kompetenzen und Anforderungen:
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung inkl. Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt o. Ä.
- Du besitzt mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Beratung, vorzugsweise in der Montageindustrie (Automobil
- oder Fahrradindustrie)
- Du kannst mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, einem Organisationstalent und einem ausgeprägten Koordinationstalent punkten
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und auf kurzfristige Änderungen problemlösungsorientiert zu reagieren
- Du sprichst sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift und hast kein Problem damit, etwaige Präsentationen und Gespräche auf Englisch zu führen
