Registration Sample Coordinator

As a single point of contact for our Regulatory Affairs colleagues, your role consists in coordinating all their requests related to the supply of sample needed for registration purposes worldwide. You have contact to Quality Control units, to manufacturing sites and to Supply Chain planning teams to check on availability of products. When samples are ready, you closely work with the distribution teams in charge of shipping samples. In addition you manage order processing activities like order entry in SAP and issue shipping and export documentation for samples to be shipped from our Darmstadt site.
- Coordinating all the requests related to the supply of sample needed for registration purposes worldwide
- Contact to Quality Control units, to manufacturing sites and to Supply Chain planning teams
- Check on availability of products
- Closely work with the distribution teams in charge of shipping samples
- Managing order processing activities like order entry in SAP and issue shipping and export documentation for samples
- Completed education in the field of office management assistant / office administrator or industrial clerk
- Experience in a Supply Chain (preferrably in Logistics but not mandatory)
- Project management skills such as very good communication and analytical skills, can prioritize and effectively follow-up on requests
- Fit with MS-Office and can work with SAP
- Global mindset to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
- Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus but is not mandatory
