**Logistics and Import Specialist (w/m/d)**

**Beginn: sofort**

**Die Aufgaben**:

- Du koordinierst und planst Verschiffungen aus den Produktionsländern, bei uns überwiegend aus Fernost.
- Die tägliche Organisation, Dokumentation sowie Überwachung des kompletten Sendungsablaufes bis zur termingerechten Anlieferung und abschließende Fakturierung sind Alltag.
- Du arbeitest mit unseren Customs Broker zusammen, koordinierst die Verzollungen oder Ausfuhranmeldungen und prüfst im Anschluss die Einfuhrabgabenbescheide sowie die Dienstleistungsrechnungen.
- Wir arbeiten immer zusammen, sodass du als Schnittstelle in allen logistischen Aufgabenbereichen zwischen Fachabteilung, Kunden, Lieferanten, Dienstleistern, Behörden und Zoll fungierst.
- Du bist ein Teil des Erfolges, mit deinem aktivem Datenmanagement entlang der Supply Chain und in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem trägst du zu einer ständigen Verbesserung der operativen Performance bei.

**Das Profil**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Speditionskauffrau/-mann und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Import
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Zollabwicklung (NCTS, Einfuhr, TARIC/EZT)
- Eine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit verantwortungsbewusstem und strukturiertem Handeln bei der stets Kosten
- und Kundenorientierung im Fokus stehen zeichnet dich aus
- Dich zeichnen Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Zugleich bist du ein Organisationstalent, reagierst auch in kritischen Situationen souverän und mit Umsicht und besitzt die Fähigkeit zur Beurteilung der Prioritäten der täglichen Aufgaben und zur eigenen Organisation
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Produkten ist gegeben und idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem SAP (Business One)
