**Wir suchen einen Stellvertretenden Geschäftsführer für unser Unternehmen in Regensburg**
Die Totally Wicked GmbH, mit Sitz in Regensburg, ist seit über 12 Jahren eine Tochtergesellschaft des britischen Totally Wicked Konzerns. KURZFASSUNG **DEINER POSITION**
Eine anspruchsvolle, hungrige und enthusiastische Führungsrolle mit starkem Fokus auf operative Tätigkeiten. Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Überwachung des täglichen Betriebs des Unternehmens, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Prozesse und Verfahren reibungslos und effizient ablaufen. Dies umfasst B2B-Vertrieb, E-Commerce, Einzelhandel, Beschaffung und Lagerhaltung, um die jährlichen Ziele des Unternehmens zu erreichen.
DEINE **AUFGABEN**
- Das Implementieren von betrieblichen Richtlinien und Verfahren sowie entwickeln von Verbesserungen (falls erforderlich), die einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Geschäfts sicherstellen, einschließlich Prozessen und Initiativen für den Großhandel zwischen Unternehmen, Kundenservice, Gesamtmanagement der Lieferkette, E-Commerce und Marketing.
- Arbeite mit dem Geschäftsführer und anderen leitenden Managern zusammen, um den strategischen Plan des Unternehmens zu entwickeln und umzusetzen und sicherzustellen, dass operative Pläne und Initiativen mit den Gesamtzielen übereinstimmen.
- Baue ein leistungsstarkes Team von Mitarbeitern auf und führe es, setze klare Ziele und Erwartungen, gebe regelmäßiges Feedback und schaffe eine positive und engagierte Arbeitskultur.
- Analysiere und bewerte betrieblicher Daten und Kennzahlen, identifiziere Bereiche für Verbesserungen und setze Änderungen um, um Effizienz und Effektivität zu steigern.
- Verwalte und optimiere die Ressourcen des Unternehmens, einschließlich Personal, Ausrüstung und Technologie, um sicherzustellen, dass sie effektiv und effizient genutzt werden.
- Kommuniziere bei Bedarf und Anweisung mit der britischen Hauptgeschäftsstelle, um sicherzustellen, dass die deutschen Betriebsabläufe und Durchführungen nahtlos und gemäß dem Jahresplan/Zielen erfolgen.
DEIN **PROFIL**
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einem Startup
- oder schnelllebigen Umfeld (entweder in einer operativen
- oder Vertriebsrolle).
- Starke Führungs
- und Managementfähigkeiten, mit der Befähigung ein effektives Team aufzubauen und zu führen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsstärke und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, mit der Anlage effektiv mit allen Beteiligten zu kommunizieren.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Bewertung von Daten und Kennzahlen, mit einem tiefen Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe und Prozesse (Kenntnisse im Bereich ERP-System wünschenswert).
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von betrieblichen Richtlinien sowie eine Herangehensweise mit Fokus auf Effizienzsteigerung und Effektivität.
- Ein echter Praktiker und operativer Leiter, der die Möglichkeit schätzt, "mit anzupacken" und sowohl kurz
- und mittelfristige als auch langfristige Ziele zu erreichen.
- Eine "KANN-ICH" Einstellung, mit der Fähigkeit, Probleme zu observieren und auf logische/rationale Erfahrungen zurückgreifen, um Probleme zu lösen und bietenden Chancen zu nutzen. Du bist empathisch, zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden.

- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.
