Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement & Produktentwicklung einen** Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) Regulatory Affairs.**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Sie übernehmen die Abteilungsleitung Regulatory Affairs und koordinieren die Zulassung der Medizinprodukte von VYGON Aachen unter MDR
- Sie führen die Mitarbeiter*innen der Abteilung Regulatory Affairs sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch und sind die/der erste Ansprechpartner*in für Ihre Mitarbeiter*innen
- Sie sind für die Erstellung und Pflege der Technischen Dokumentation der VYGON-Produkte verantwortlich
- Sie verantworten die Überwachung nach dem Inverkehrbringen und die Generierung klinischer Daten
- Sie sind für die Erstellung und Aktualisierung von klinischen Bewertungen zuständig
- Sie führen die Registrierung von Produkten in DIMDI / EUDAMED durch und pflegen unsere Daten
- Sie verfolgen die regulatorischen und normativen Änderungen
- Sie stellen die technischen Dossiers für die internationale Produktzulassung sowie die Unterlagen für die Produktregistrierung durch den Mutterkonzern in außereuropäischen Ländern zusammen und pflegen diese Unterlagen
- Sie kommunizieren mit Zulassungsstellen, Behörden und den VYGON-Niederlassungen
- Sie erstellen und pflegen die Qualitätssicherungsvorschriften und interne Dokumente
- Sie nehmen an internen und externen Audits und Inspektionen teil
- Sie führen Schulungen zum Castor eDC System sowohl für die deutschen als auch internationalen VYGON-Mitarbeiter*innen durch
**Ihr Profil**:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise Biomedizinische Technik, Mikrobiologie, Verfahrenstechnik o.ä.
- Sie besitzen erste vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der Zulassung von Medizinprodukten und der Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen
- Sie haben fundiertes Wissen über die rechtlichen Anforderungen an Medizinprodukte (z. B. Verordnung (EU) 2017/745 MDR, EG- und FDA-Richtlinien)
- analytisches, prozess
- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln, verbunden mit sehr gutem technischen Verständnis, zeichnet Sie aus
- Sie sind serviceorientiert, arbeiten strukturiert und selbstständig und bringen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit hoher Kommunikationskompetenz aus
- Sie haben idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
