**Marketing Specialist B2C (M/F/d)**:

This is exactly where your future role lies: supporting the development and implementation of a holistic communication strategy aimed at increasing lead generation and brand awareness, taking into account the "digital first approach". Are you enthusiastic about conceptually preparing marketing messages in image and text and implementing them independently or with agencies? Are you passionate about brands and have experience in marketing projects? Then we would like to get to know you.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identification of current topics, development of content and preparation of marketing messages
- Support with annual marketing planning, adjustments and monitoring of holistic implementation
- Planning, preparation and support in the implementation of marketing campaigns in close cooperation with the marketing and overarching specialist departments
- Creation of digital and analog content such as texts, images, moving images, PPT presentations, brochures, flyers, advertisements, etc.
- Mainly responsible for the creation of the main Busch-Jaeger catalog
- Implementation and monitoring of the corporate design
- Analysis of market trends and support in adapting the marketing strategy based on the annual marketing plan

**Your background**:

- Bachelors's degree in marketing and/or communication and/or business administration
- Digital native with an eye for design and aesthetics
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar) is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with agencies & service providers
- Confident handling of MS Office with strong PowerPoint skills
- Very good written and spoken German, very good English
