**About the Opportunity**:
In this role, you will be expected to:

- Achieve against a set of pre agreed sales targets and KPI's on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis;
- Follow up on incoming leads within your specific geographic territory, with a focus on the DACH region;
- Identify, manage, and create profiles for prospects and clients in the CRM database;
- Utilize trigger events to initiate contact and pursue new business opportunities, as well as reengage with lost opportunities;
- Act as the primary communication link between clients and the company;
- Maintain ongoing client relationships and uphold high standards to maximize customer retention;
- Promote Transoft products and services to current customers and prospects, demonstrating how Transoft’s products and services provide value to users;
- Attend and assist with trade shows, partner events, conferences, and meetings to actively promote the company's products;
- Work collaboratively with the regional sales team across different departments in the organization.

**About you**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree or above; Business Administration or Marketing, Engineering industry or CAD familiarity a bonus;
- You must speak German & English and be based in Germany;
- You have 1-3 years of similar experience;
- You have CRM system experience, (MS Dynamics) would be beneficial;
- You must have the ability to network and develop relationships in a competitive environment;
- You have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize;
- You love to win, possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and drive;
- You are vibrant and can motivate everyone around you;
- You are a team player but can also work independently;
- You have effective negotiation and presentation skills;
- You have strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office products (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- You are able to travel when required.
