Wir sind Klim, ein Berliner Clean-Tech Start-up, das Klimaschutz revolutioniert, indem wir die regenerative Landwirtschaft in Deutschland und Europa so schnell wie möglich skalieren.

Vor über einem Jahr haben wir die weltweit erste digitale Plattform für Carbon Farming gelauncht, die bereits von tausenden Landwirt: innen genutzt wird. Durch die Vermarktung der damit verbundenen Klimaschutzleistungen an Unternehmen, vorwiegend aus der Lebensmittelbranche, erhalten Landwirt: innen finanzielle Vergütung für regenerative Maßnahmen und hochwertige Beratungsangebote.

Dank einer starken Markenpräsenz und mittels einer smarten Lebensmittelkennzeichnung sorgen wir darüber hinaus für die nötige Wertschätzung für Landwirtinnen und Landwirte, indem wir die Themen Bodengesundheit und Klimaschutz effektiv miteinander verbinden und für Verbraucher: innen sichtbar machen.

Unterstützt von führenden europäischen Investoren, darunter Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures und Wi Venture, sowie nach Abschluss einer zweiten Finanzierungsrunde vergrößern wir mit Klim nun unser Geschäft.

Aufgaben
- Übernimm die Verantwortung für einzelne Projekte im People Management, indem du die Bedürfnisse unserer Organisation erkennst und sie aktiv weiterentwickelst
- Du sorgst mit unserem People Team dafür, dass unser Office im Prenzlauer Berg zu einem Arbeitsort wird, an dem sich alle wohlfühlen
- Als Ansprechpartner: in für unser ganzes Team unterstützt du in täglichen (Personal-)Prozessen und wirst zu einem essentiellen Teil unseres Teams

Qualifikation
- Du bist eingeschriebene: r Student: in an einer Berliner Universität oder Fachhochschule
- Du hast 15 - 20 Stunden in der Woche Zeit und möchtest gern Erfahrung in einem jungen Unternehmen sammeln und viel Verantwortung übernehmen
- Kommunikation liegt dir, du hast ein gutes Zeitmanagement und schaffst es, Themen zu priorisieren
- Du bist ein: e echte Problemlöser: in und arbeitest gern im Team
