RIMOWA has an exciting job offer for a Procurement Intern to join our Supply Chain Team. By joining us, you will play a very important part of the Procurement activity and will have to deal with our suppliers as well as our internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production. Ideally, you can support our team for a minimum of six months.
The position is located in Cologne.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES**:
**Order Processing & Material flow monitoring**
- Monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials
- Receive Delivery Note, book the stock accordingly and update Open PO in the system
- Manage Invoicing and coordinate quality problems / claims between suppliers and RIMOWA
- Manage all stock movements in our systems
- Manage transfers and coordinate all related operations (shipment, customs, book out, invoicing) with other plants
**Data & Tools**
- Be the owner of the accuracy of the component and suppliers masterdata in our systems
- Coordinate BOM changes according to material changes or new projects
- Be the guardian of availability and accuracy of Inventory figures
**Strong interaction with Suppliers, Production Planning, Factory and Purchasing/Sourcing***
- Ensure material deliveries and close follow up on new projects
- Be proactive to find solutions to allow Factory to reach an optimal Production Plan Adherence each week
**Profile**:
- Currently studying in the field of engineering or business, ideally with a specialization in supply chain management
- Practical and innovative with an agile mindset
- Ability to simplify and communicate on complex topics
- Proactive and solution-minded
- Strong sense of priorities and facility to handle multiple topics at the same time
- Fluent German and English is necessary
