**In a few words**

**Your healthy routine**:
You will be able to work with multiple teams in Europe.You will be responsible for vivo’s IT support and Administration assistant. Responsible for the management of travel and assets. Actively communicates with suppliers and find resources to provide solutions to solve problems.

**Your Challenges**:
**_
IT Operations Support_**
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software related issues.
- Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues.

**_ Travel Management_**
- Manage and maintain travel system and approve travel itineraries.
- Follow company travel policies and assist employees with their travel plans.

**_Asset Management_**
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including computers, cell phones, and other office assets. Track and update asset records.

**_ _**_Procurement Management_**
- Assist with the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.

**_Event Support_**
- Support the planning and execution of team building activities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through participation in events.

**Your profile includes**:

- Windows and Mac OS system installation and maintenance
- Office365 platform operation and maintenance, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Desktop hardware maintenance (computers, printers, conference equipment, projectors, etc.) Conference online software and knowledge of hardware usage
- Experience of fixed asset managerment,Finance statement offset,working in a multicultural, international, fast-moving changing environment
- Excellent communication skills along with an engaging telephone manner, to maintain a calm courteous and professional manner
- Have self-motivational and Can-do attitude; can work under pressure; excellent organization and coordination team work skills
- Ability to work with a team and also independently to deliver results
- Proficient in Chinese and English both written and verbal, German will be a big plus
- Valid driving license is a must have.
