**Workday HRIS Specialist (d/M/F)**
**Compensation, Performance, Talent **to support our team in Munich. Join us and play a vital role in driving our human resources strategies forward
What You Will Do
- You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand global business requirements and translate them into efficient Workday solutions for Compensation, Performance, Succession and Talent Management
- You will lead the implementation, configuration, and testing of Workday modules to support these HR functions on a global level
- You will provide expert-level support to end-users globally, troubleshoot system issues, and identify opportunities for improvement in the Compensation, Performance, Succession and Talent Management processes
- You will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for HRIS users across different regions, specifically focusing on the mentioned functionalities
- You will stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new releases related to Compensation, Performance, Succession and Talent Management, recommending and implementing enhancements accordingly
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist with a focus on Workday, handling global configurations and implementations of the Compensation, Performance, Succession and Talent Management modules
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, specifically in the areas of Compensation, Performance, Succession and Talent Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Workday certifications, such as Workday HCM and Workday Talent Management, would be an advantage
