**Your Role and your Team**:
As HRIS Intern you will help enable People business processes covering activities under the HRIS remit. This will include day to day activities to administer our HR Information Systems. You will assist in a broad range of activities across Europe and the US. Great as a first introduction to an HRIS career gaining hands on experience of administering our HR Information System - Workday.

**Your Tasks**:

- Day to day BAU system administration of Lilium's Workday system
- Org Structure Maintenance including - Open positions, job requisitions, Supervisory organisations
- In flight Business Process review and follow up
- Support the HRIS Specialist with Workday releases and testing
- Review tickets raised and changes requested, providing troubleshooting support for key user questions, including investigating functional and technical production issues, requesting support from AMS - Kainos where required
- Support HRIS Specialist in their collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders to optimise business processes
- Assist in researching new capabilities within Workday, under guidance from the HRIS Specialist
- Champion continuous improvement and effective cross-team working to increase efficiency and reduce rework

**Your Profile**:

- Ideally studying an HRIS related course or looking for a career in HRIS / HR
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, multitask, work to deadlines and prioritise under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude, high energy, enthusiastic and detail oriented
- Keen to learn
