**Your Job**

**What this role looks like.**
- You help to map, document and analyse our current business processes
- You collect and analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for process enhancement
- You help to create process documentation (e.g. flowcharts and process guidelines)
- You are involved in planning, coordinating and implementing exercises and simulations for checking the effectiveness of business continuity plans (BCP)
- You help to organise training programmes and other events
- You are involved in maintaining and further developing the BCPs and performing resource assessments

**Your Profile**

**What you bring with you.**
- You are a student on a degree course with a focus on information technology or business informatics
- You have good English language skills and can communicate well with national and international colleagues
- You are extremely dedicated, a good team player and have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have excellent analytical thinking skills and are able to quickly grasp new concepts

**Desirable extras.**
- Initial relevant practical experience in the areas of IT and E2E process management
