Wofür du dein Bestes gibst
  • Verantwortung für die Betreuung und den Ausbau unserer globalen Celonis-Community
  • Unterstützung unserer internationalen Community bei der Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Process-Mining-Initiativen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Community-Meetings und Innovationstagen
  • Test und Einführung neuer Celonis-Funktionalitäten sowie Schulungen zu Best-Practices
  • Eigenständige Initiierung und Leitung von Process-Mining-Projekten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Store Operations und interner IT-Prozesse (»IT for IT«)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung umfassender Kosten-/Nutzenanalysen zur Entscheidungsfindung
Dein Profil
  • Was du mitbringen solltest.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder informationstechnischem bzw. ingenieurwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung unter Anwendung von Process Mining
  • Erfahrung im effektiven Management von Stakeholder:innen sowie eine überzeugende und ansprechende Präsentationsweise
  • Sehr gute Beratungsexpertise und Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen und Ergebnisse klar, strukturiert und logisch nachvollziehbar zu präsentieren
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

What this role looks like
  • Managing and expanding our global Celonis community
  • Supporting our international community as they implement and further develop initiatives related to process mining
  • Planning and implementing community meetings and innovation days
  • Testing and introducing new Celonis functions as well as providing training on best practices
  • Independently initiating and managing process-mining projects, especially in the areas of store operations and internal IT processes («IT for IT»)
  • Providing support for the preparation of comprehensive cost/benefit analyses used for decision-making
What you bring with you
  • Degree with a focus on business administration, IT or engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of process optimisation based on process mining
  • Experience in effective stakeholder management; a persuasive, engaging presentation style
  • Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to present complex issues and results in a clear, structured and logical manner
  • Strong communication skills and a very good command of English
