**Das erwartet Dich**:

- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Mandant*innen leistest du Unterstützung bei strategischen und prozessualen Fragestellungen beispielweise rund um M&A- oder Kapitalmarkttransaktionen und bei der Erstellung von Businessplänen im Rahmen von operativen Transformationen.
- Du bringst dein Wissen primär in den Bereichen Corporate Finance und M&A Lead Advisory (Sell-Side und Buy-Side, Distressed) mit ein und treibst stetig deinen Wissensaufbau weiter.
- Für die Erstellung von Präsentationen, Informationsmemoranden, Teasern, Long Lists und Prozessbriefen setzt du deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit ein.
- Die Durchführung von Investorenansprachen gehört ebenso in deinen Aufgabenbereich wie die Koordinierung und Begleitung der Due Diligence Prüfungen von Investoren, das Hosting von virtuellen Datenräumen sowie die Begleitung von Managementpräsentationen.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) mit wirtschaftlicher, mathematischer/naturwissenschaftlicher, technischer oder informationstechnischer Ausrichtung
- Berufserfahrung in einer Investmentbank, einer renommierten Wirtschaftskanzlei, dem Bereich Transactions einer führenden Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder einer internen M&A- oder Corporate-Development-Abteilung eines Unternehmens
- Ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine gute Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ein hohes Maß an Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Sorgfalt
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
