**Day in a life of a R&D Category Lead Cooking Aid**:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Support in project definition
- Support businesses in pipelines or operational strategies definitions.
- Manage resources, assets and budgets for the category

DELIVER RESULTS:

- Drive the development of category/platform specific pipeline with SBU counterpart
- Endorse and co-create category specific S&T roadmaps and building blocks delivery in line with category /platform needs
- Team and Project portfolio management to deliver our innovations / renovation projects on time, on budget on quality and smoothly into operations.
- Agile mindset to drive for results and meet the business objectives

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:

- Establish close relationships to support the factories/markets/businesses.
- Maintain effective communication with markets, SBU, Zone Commercial & operation (CTAGs), CDT, R&D ecosystem to ensure the integrity of project portfolio and smooth execution

LEADERSHIP
- You are in charge of the cooking aids global product development and leadingadiverse team of senior and junior specialists.

**Our requirements**:

- You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in R&D with focused on Product and Project management, experience in operation is a significant advantage
- Solid understanding of operational set-up of categories
- You can manage resources and budget requirements
- You have the courage and ability to take decisions and solve problems
- You have proven communication skills
- You feel confident in presenting and convincing steering committees and participate in strategic conferences
