Integration Architect

**Your tasks**:
- The Integration Architect is responsible to define for the future integration landscape architecture the afferent policies, standards, blueprints and guidelines for migrating and implementing integration flows, in line with the Schenker enterprise standards and principles.**Your tasks**:
- Familiarize with the capabilities of the current integration platforms
- Evaluate the various types of integration flows currently implemented in DB Schenker
- Define and align with EA (Enterprise Architecture) and current integration teams the architectural principles and standards that will regulate the migration of the current integration flows to the target integration platform
- Design reusable integration building blocks that would facilitate the migration to the target platform and reduce implementation efforts for future integration flows
- Define and align with EA the architecture framework governing the implementation of integration flows in the target landscape
- Key driver of enterprise architecture standards, policies and initiatives that pertain to IT integration
- Correlate functional and non-functional requirements to specific integration patterns or reuse of specific integration building blocks
- Provide guidance and support to integration teams on designing and implementing IT integration flows or as part of projects delivering IT integrations
- Train and mentor integrations teams on working within the target operating model
- Continuous scouting of new IT integration and relevant technology trends
**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:
- Master Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent working experience in IT
- Several years of IT experience preferably integration related
- Several years experience as Integration Architect
- Previous experience in defining complex integration architectures
- In depth knowledge of integration architecture patterns and security
- In depth knowledge of SOA, MSA and EDA architecture patterns and implications they have on systems' integrations
- Knowledge and experience of working with specific eiPaaS platforms
- Well versed in DevOps and CI/CD concepts and know-how for building pipelines using Jenkins and Maven
- Design, specify and develop interfaces based on common web connectivity messaging / standards / protocols and architecture patterns such as (XML, JSON, JSON-LD, SOAP, REST, etc.)
- In depth knowledge of agile delivery methods and frameworks
- Good communicator and facilitator able to evangelize and facilitate the adoption of integration standards across various stakeholders.
- Clear customer orientation, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
- Proficient level of English
- Fluency in German is a plus
