You will be a part of a customer interaction architecture cluster that is instrumental in global digital transformation and ongoing innovation for household-name retailer A truly exciting time to join a business that continues to push boundaries in technology.


This person will be involved in complex cloud integration architecture that encompasses anything that interacts with the customer and brings it all together. The areas that fall into this are commerce, marketing, customer data, CRM, storefronts, and mobile apps. You know your way around an enterprise eCommerce business and everything you do has the customer in mind. You develop digital must-haves for various apps or websites and ensure an excellent online shopping experience for customers.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining an overarching solution architecture for the CI area
  • Supporting the implementation of architecture standards and principles
  • Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
  • Organizing and leading meetings with other Solution Architects to coordinate
  • improvements to the solution architecture
  • Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
  • Technology leading position - not people leading.


Must haves

  • 3+ years' of relevant experience with the principles of cloud-based applications
  • Customer interaction architecture experience
  • Knowledge of architecture standards such as TOGAF and project methods such as SAFe
  • International and enterprise environment experience within IT architecture
  • eCommerce business experience
  • Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.

This is a hybrid position with time in the office required at least once a week, sometimes more.
